NFT in my MetaMask wallet does not exist on my OpenSea profile. How do I fix this?

When I check my Metamask and Etherscan, I can see I am holding 3 NFTMaps Land NFT. But only two are reflected in Opensea (I checked 'hidden', but there wasn't any nft). Also, another weird thing is that I can see my Addy that was scammed and transferred to another wallet about a month ago, in my Metamask wallet.

It shows on here that you are holding 3 NFTMaps land NFTs, and so none of these have been transferred out or anything. Can you provide a link to your Opensea?

In relation to the NFTs still showing in your metamask wallet (your Addy in this case), the wallet only looks for certain types of transactions and loads them into your inventory. So once you transfer them it may not take them out of your Metamask list. You can always long press on the NFT in question and click remove and it'll remove them from the list view. (This does nothing to the actual NFT, it just allows you to remove it from this inventory list.) Inside of settings -> security & privacy -> there are options to turn on Enable OpenSea API and AutoDetect NFTS that you can turn off and on to try to make the list more reflective of your actual wallet. As Notix mentioned, if you can provide your etherscan info for the missing NFTMaps Land NFT or your OpenSea profile, we can look at the transactions and validate anything else about the two visible versus three you expect.

Metamask often keeps a record of previously owned nfts and is therefore not so reliable. Opensea on the other hand sometimes doesn't display instantly the nfts recently transferred in main profile, sometimes it will show in hidden or even in activity.
Etherscan is usually the more reliable source.
