Hi, I'm new to NFT space and discord is very overwhelming. Can everyone share your tips how you manage all the notification and projects. I have been missing out in all the announcement. Help!!

The best way is to organize your servers into folders from most important to least important, check the most important until you're all caught up, and slowly go down that list! Something else that people will do is, create a personal server and subscribe / follow the announcement channels in servers to have them automatically be sent into that personal server so you are not constantly clicking through each server!

Fantastic question.

I too made the mistake of joining a handful of discords at once. I couldn't keep up with them.

In short, you have to content with missing things. You are not going to be able to catch every ship that is leaving the dock. And you know what? Sometimes those ships can be the Titanic...and we all know how that turned out :)

You don't have to be in every project. Really know the ins/outs of one project and establish a base there. Once you are comfortable you can join another discord server. I'm in 50 plus discords (lots of them are muted because I don't have the time to invest in them but would like to have them on my list in case some time opens up) but I'm only active in maybe 10.

I make it a point to mute channels except a discord's announcement channel. I also organize my discords in folders ranging from various categories such as:

  1. Favorites
  2. upcoming project mints
  3. Defi
  4. Gaming projects
  5. etc.

In short the more time you spend the easier it will get to manage because you'll develop your own flow.

And if you don't have time, that's perfectly okay. There will always be another project, and the really good discord communities will welcome you back with open arms when returning from a long absence :)
