Are there any good web3 job boards to find qualified candidates in this space?
I am hiring NFT analysts but want to get the word out past the communities I am a part of. Where should I look?

Ive never used these guys - but this could be an interesting platform. If you end up using them I'd be interested to hear what your feedback is. https://www.niftyjobs.com/
Here are some more job boards from Zeneca's course on Nas Academy!
1-> cryptocurrencyjobs.co 2-> pompcryptojobs.com 3-> useweb3.xyz/jobs 4-> buildspace.so 5-> web3board.io 6-> web3.career 7-> crypto.jobs 8 -> defi.jobs
Thanks everyone for all of these resources! Still open to hearing more thoughts and ideas
Great question - there's no one standard "job board" platform that I think of right off the bat although I know there are a number that are building this as we speak. In the meantime, I find that if you have enough reach, posting the opp on twitter is a good first start. Also - you can find communities on discord that are Chain Centric (For example - Solana Monkee Business DAO is a core DAO for SOL community) and then come in and look for their job posting board and share the opportunity.
There are certain crypto communities on Discord that are making an effort to curate job boards for their members as part of a benefit of holding their NFTs/tokens. A few of the Discord servers I'd suggest you check out:
- Curious Addys
- Crypto Coven
- Meta Angels
- Bankless
The last one leans more DeFi than NFTs but these servers all have a reputation for attracting talent and crypto-curious individuals so it can't hurt to try that as well.
I'd also see if you can search these Pallet boards and drop your listing there -
- Bankless pallet (Bankless Talent Collective)
- Packy McCormick's pallet (Not Boring People)
- Gaby's Web3 Collective
Good luck!
