What are the key components of a NFT roadmap?
What are the key components that I should or shouldn't add when making a roadmap for my NFT Collection, just wanted to take some advice from you guys :-)

In addition to what @Chesco#9541 said i would say take a look at the most famous NFT Collections and their roadmaps as examples for your NFT Roadmap and you can take a look at this website to get the best exapmles: https://tokenizedhq.com/nft-roadmap-examples/
Great question: A great method (and this has become sort of the meta) is making a "liquid or fluid" roadmap where you don't commit to concrete medium / long term goals. This way your project can adapt to future market conditions / future metas. It would be nice however to write down concrete promises for the short term to help combat volatility during mint and the weeks right after reveal. :)
